Ethics & Business Principles

Our ethics policy supports us in ensuring we do the right thing by our people, our communities and the environment.

What we stand for

Our company purpose is to help organisations adapt and drive positive impact for the environment and our communities through the strategic use of technology.

We use our range of IT services to make a positive impact as we work with companies to make informed and ethical decisions, ensure their technology investments drive efficiency, innovation, encourages sustainable growth, and reduces their environmental footprint.

What drives us

Our vision is a world where technology serves people and the planet first.

Our company values are at the core of everything we do. We believe in:

Collaboration

"We are greater than the sum of our parts." This is defined by communicating well and working together positively, building strong relationships rooted in trust and honesty, bringing positive energy and having each other's backs, and showing initiative while holding ourselves and each other accountable for outcomes.

Agility

"We are flexible, open, and innovative." This means being adaptable and always learning, sharing knowledge and leveraging strengths to support each other, and being forward-thinking — seizing opportunities and bringing new ideas to the table.

Purpose

"We fearlessly lead with purpose and make a meaningful difference." This is defined by bringing optimism and constructive challenge to influence positive change, staying authentic and focused on doing what's right, thinking holistically about long-term value, and having a service mindset that follows through.

Empathy

"We put people at the heart of everything." This means being empathetic and taking time to listen and understand, genuinely caring and embracing differences, and being friendly, approachable, and welcoming.

A diverse, inclusive
& equitable workforce

What matters to us

We’re creating opportunities and career pathways, with a focus on expanding diversity in Aotearoa’s tech sector.

Values-aligned
partnerships

Through charitable and sponsorship partnerships, we’re putting our support behind important initiatives that align with our vision for a more sustainable and equitable future.

Better ways to do business

We’re supporting more purpose-driven businesses and not-for-profits in creating and scaling impact through better ways of doing business.

Sustainable growth

We’re off-setting our own carbon footprint, creating a more sustainable supply chain and promoting the reduction of e-waste through our clients.

Kaupapa Māori

We acknowledge Māori as tangata whenua and are actively working to become a good partner under Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

Giving back

We donate 1% of our revenue through not-for-profit initiatives and direct donations to charities suggested by our team.

Operational transparency

As a certified B Corp, we continually measure and report on our impact and our areas for improvement across five accountability pillars: Governance, workers, community, environment and customers

Financial transparency

While we’ll only recommend the right solutions to meet the needs of your business, as a technology reseller we do earn revenue through partnerships with Microsoft, Google, Sophos and others.

We’re building diversity into our network

Sunset over a beach with waves, surrounded by green cliffs and trees.

Our preference is to partner with local and diverse suppliers and product providers. Through our supplier selection process, we opt for local providers, consider diversity of representation, and prioritise partnerships with organisations who are also contributing to wider social good initiatives through their own work.

WE ENSURE IT’S THE RIGHT FIT

Our supplier code of conduct guides us in determining whether a client, partner or project is going to be the right fit for our organisation. Our values and underlying ethos have helped us decide where we draw the line. For us this means not engaging with organisations who compromise on human rights and equality, undermine social development, do unnecessary harm to the environment or participate in what we consider unethical or irresponsible operations.
